Jure Jež is commercial director of club's loyal sponsor Union brewery. He was named vice-president of the club in 2008 when Dušan Mitič took over the presidency. Before he was president of the club in it's most difficult times. Before it's presidency he was part of the management board.

Matevž Zupančič joined Union Olimpija in 2005/2006 season when he took over spot of editor of club's webpages. In middle of his first season he started working as press representative, today as communications director of the club he is in charge of PR, marketing and part of club's operative function linked mostly with matters of first team.

Nataša Peternelj works in Union Olimpija from year 1996 on when she joined the club as business secretary. From 2003 she is in charge of club's financial part.
